BOOKING CONDITIONS

Booking

To make a booking, complete and sign the booking form provided.

A deposit of 30% of the total price of the holiday must be sent at the same time.

Following receipt of a completed, signed booking form and deposit, the company will send you confirmation of your booking, with all the necessary details.

The balance of the total price of the holiday must be paid to the company, at the latest 31 days before the commencement of the holiday (* at day of arrival, and on the spot, for individuals).

Included in the price for the package tours

Food and accommodation, guiding and assistance, the equipment, the transfers, logistics, transport of luggage, all authorizations and entrance fees.

Not included in the price

All flights, airport tax(es), visa(s), the drinks in the hotels, any spirits and wines, travel and cancellation insurance, health and accident insurance policy.

* Single room available on request, for an extra charge. Please advise in advance.

Cancellation of a participant

Travel and cancellation insurance is not included in our prices. We highly recommend you to subscribe to such an insurance, as well as to a health & accident insurance policy

As we are working with different partners, and subject to many terms of payment, cancellation charges will be payable to the company by the person making a cancellation

Cancellation charges - depending on the date the cancellation is made:

• 31 days before the commencement date, a fixed rate 50 USD will be held.

• from 31 to 21 days before the commencement date: 25 % of the total price.

• from 20 to 16 days before the commencement date: 60 %.

• from 15 to 4 days before the commencement date: 75 %.

• less than 4 days before the commencement date: 90 % of the total price of the holiday.

Cancellation by the company

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if the holiday cannot be carried out for any peremptory reasons, the company reserves the right to cancel the holiday. If so, the amount, already paid by the participant, will be entirely reimbursed, without any other compensation.

Program

The company cannot be held responsible for any accidental cases, or cases of absolute necessity. The program can be modified following unexpected difficulties during the trip. Nevertheless, we endeavour to find, and to propose solutions, able to resolve the present difficulties.

Complaints

Any complaint must be made on the spot, and then be applied to the company, by recorded delivery, within the month following the end of the holiday.

Special note

The loneliness and the commitment during some parts of the itineraries give these trips an original character, out of the beaten tracks. You are strongly advised to undertake these tours with full knowledge of the risks involved in trekking in remote areas.

The "Trans Desert & Sea For Tourism" company reserves the right to require evidence of suitable insurance cover before accepting your booking.

For your safety you must comply with all the instructions of your guide(s) and of the assistants, during the trip.
